Territory Manager - Midlands/North - Independent High Street Stores & Garden Centres


The Role: Outstanding opportunity for a Territory Manager to cover a well performing territory with huge opportunities and potential for building new relationships, as well as an established existing customer base that will require second to none account management to ensure maximum growth and retention. Your job role will be a blend of new business and account management, and you will need to be highly organised and efficient to effectively split your time between current customers and identifying, researching, prospecting and securing new independent retail customers, focusing on garden centrs, gifting/card shops, visitor attraction gift shops and nursery/children's stores.


Selling an absolutely gorgeous product range of both licensed & unlicensed soft toys, wooden toys, and gifting, which will perfectly compliment other products in your target customers shops.


Requirements: To be considered for the Territory Manager role you must have:


· Previously sold to independently owned garden centres and/or gifting, nursery, card, clothing or home furnishing stores

· Dealt with store owners and buyers

· Previous category experience having sold something of a similar nature i.e. Gifting/wrapping paper/cards, toys, textiles, clothing would be ideal but is not essential.

· A proven track record that shows you have developed new business opportunities.

· Strong, proactive account management experience, with the ability to affectively conduct gap analysis and identify potential growth opportunities within existing accounts.

· The ability to effectively journey plan and manage your own diary.

· The flexibility to stay away some nights during the week.

The Package for Territory Manager - Midlands/North:


· Basic: £34'000 - £37'000

· Bonus / OTE: 20%

· Car: £4'200 car allowance
