Bar's Manager - The Oyster Catcher, Rhosneigr
We are looking for an enthusiastic and personable bar manager to lead a team across four bars during the summer season.
We operate at three bars: Wills Bar, The Dune bar and an external bar. The role will involve overseeing daily bar operations, maintaining a positive atmosphere, recruiting and training staff, ensuring health & safety compliance, and supporting a range of seasonal events.
Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate the bar team to create a vibrant, fun atmosphere.
* Support staff with record keeping, deep cleaning and health & safety procedures.
* Deliver excellent customer service and coordinate themed events and live music.
* Ensure all bars meet operational standards during the peak summer season.
* Foster a culture of kindness and teamwork.
