Key Responsibilities: * Conduct measurement and valuations * Prepare and negotiate interim valuations and final accounts * Monitor and review the financial performance of contracts * Provide project performance reports to senior management * Communicate with clients regarding project performance * Ensure timely customer payments within contract terms * Procure subcontractors and manage subcontractor accounts * Price projects before contract agreement Requirements: * Preferred: A degree in Quantity Surveying, but we also accept equivalent qualifications like HND or HNC. * Essential: Knowledge of NEC3/4 forms of contract * Interest in obtaining a relevant professional body membership, e.g., CICES or RICS * Experience in General Civil Engineering projects * Strong commitment to safety * Drive, ambition, and strong interpersonal skills * A FULL UK manual car driving license with no more than 6 points Why Join?
