Full job description
Premier Garage Services is small reputable garage in Hazel Grove. We are seeking an experienced and personable Receptionist to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience ideally within the motor trade. This role requires an administrative background, excellent communication skills, and a host personality to ensure our customers receive the best possible experience.
Key responsibilities:
•
Greeting customers and assisting them with any questions they have
* Responsible for keeping a friendly and efficient reception desk
* Answering calls/email enquiries
* Providing quotes and booking in work
* Ordering parts and organising stock
* Finalising Invoices and taking payment

• Filing paperwork
* General cleaning of the reception area
* Collecting and returning customers vehicle's to their home/work address
**Valid drivers licence required**
