What You Will Be Doing Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues across a variety of devices Support M&E team with AV equipment setup and support Assist with the installation and configuration of IT equipment including PCs, laptops, printers and point-of-sale systems Maintain accurate records of IT assets Manage Onboarding, Active Directory and user permissions.
