Accounts & Tax Manager (Client Portfolio)

What you’ll be doing:
* Managing your own portfolio of clients end-to-end
* Acting as the trusted advisor on accounting and tax matters
* Reviewing accounts & tax returns (corporate + personal)
* Identifying tax planning opportunities (VAT, NIC, business strategy)
* Leading, mentoring, and developing junior team members
* Working closely with Partners on advisory and business planning projects
What we’re looking for:
* 3+ years’ experience in practice (accounts & tax)
* Strong technical knowledge and review experience
* Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills
