As a Supply Special Needs Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering personalised and engaging lessons to students with a variety of learning needs. You will work closely with the support staff and Special Educational Needs Coordinator to provide a structured learning environment that promotes students progress and well-being. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of students who need additional support.

Key Responsibilities As a Supply Special Needs Teacher
* Plan and deliver lessons tailored to individual students needs and abilities
* Assess and monitor students progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly
* Work closely with teaching assistants and other professionals to support student learning
* Promote the school's ethos of inclusion, respect, and achievement for all students
Essential Qualifications & Skills
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A patient, compassionate, and adaptable approach to teaching
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Strong understanding of special educational needs and relevant teaching strategies
* A positive and proactive attitude towards supporting students
