Building, managing and nurturing high‑quality talent pipelines
Coordinating graduate hiring activity across multiple teams and UK locations
Hosting and supporting careers events, insight sessions and university engagement
Designing and running selection processes and assessment centres
Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless end‑to‑end process
Helping shape the next generation of future talent in a people‑centric, high‑touch environment
Profile
Early careers recruitment experience
Previous experince of working in a professional services environment
Confidence running events, assessment centres and large‑scale attraction activities
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple processes at pace
A proactive, relationship‑driven approach with excellent communication skills
Someone who can hit the ground running and thrive in a busy, high‑visibility role
Job Offer
Salary up to £52,000
