This is a hands on role for someone who enjoys owning the full hiring lifecycle, builds strong partnerships quickly, and brings a proactive, organised approach. Collaborating with the TA team, you'll lead on recruitment, ensuring a smooth, professional experience for hiring managers and candidates. This role is ideal for an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant who is keen to step up, develop breadth, and grow their impact while working in a modern and evolving TA model.
What you will do
* Partner with other TA Consultants, HRBPs and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide expert recruitment advice.
* Lead end-to-end hiring, from briefing to offer, acting as a trusted advisor.
* Proactively manage expectations, anticipate risks, and keep stakeholders updated.
* Directly source talent using a variety of digital tools, outreach techniques and creative attraction strategies.
* Balance multiple roles effectively, staying organised and delivery-focused.
* Drive improvements in process, candidate experience and ways of working.
* Use recruitment systems, data and AI-enabled tools confidently, seeking opportunities to enhance efficiency.
