We are currently working with an exciting authority in the East of England where the corporate team involves work in court and permanency, LAC, Leaving Care, and UASC. Within this role, you will work closely with the Children in Care team to help understand and work with children & families to ensure they have the best opportunities available.
You will ensure meaningful engagement with children and young people to help them reach their aspirations of adulthood, using relationship-based practice to leverage your strengths.
The ideal candidate will have confidence in implementing, reviewing, and planning interventions for children, with experience in permanence planning for Children in Care.
