About the Role Teaching Personnel are seeking experienced and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to support teaching and learning in secondary schools. This role involves supporting teachers, delivering lessons to whole classes in the teacher’s absence, and providing targeted support to individuals and small groups. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Teaching Assistants looking to progress their career and take on more responsibility within the classroom.
