Your Role as a Primary Teacher
As a classroom teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver inspiring lessons that engage and challenge pupils in Key Stage 1 or 2

Use assessments effectively to monitor progress and tailor teaching to individual needs
Build strong relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues to support children’s development
Contribute to the wider school community through involvement in events and activities

You will be:
A qualified teacher holding Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experienced in teaching within Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2
