In this role, the Teaching Assistant (TA) will work closely with pupils to support learning, engagement, and positive behaviour, helping to create a safe and encouraging environment. Key Duties: Support pupils during lessons and classroom activities. Assist with preparing and adapting learning resources. Encourage participation, engagement, and positive behaviour. Work one-to-one or in small groups to meet individual needs. Collaborate with teaching staff to support pupil progress. Requirements: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role. Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills. Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff. Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
