Administrator – Nationwide Offices – £25,000 - £30,000
Chase & Holland are thrilled to be recruiting for a fantastic UK-wide organisation who are looking to recruit a Administrator. This is an organisation that is proud to deliver financial services to customers. We’re looking for an Administrator to join on a full-time permanent basis. You will primarily be responsible for supporting the organisation with all associated administration.

Administrator Responsibilities:
Checking and processing all new business applications and associated paperwork
Conducting electronic identity data verification of clients
Chasing new business applications
Supporting advisers with appropriate management of clients’ cash holdings on provider platforms
Maintaining and creating accurate and up-to-date client and plan records on Intelligent Office
Managing and completing all relevant tasks assigned and other support team members
Assisting in the provision of quotations and other relevant paperwork
Receiving incoming telephone calls, dealing or redirecting as appropriate
Receiving and dealing with incoming documentation or correspondence
Responding promptly to queries from clients, providers, and advisers
Completion of other reasonable duties as required by SLT
Required Skills & Experience:
Basic knowledge of FCA rules and guidance
Proven experience in a similar role
Team player
Organisational skills
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
