As a key member of the Integrated Commissioning Team, you will work closely with the Team Manager and ICB partners to support the implementation of this change.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Team Manager and ICB partners to support the implementation of integrated commissioning.
* Collaborate with the Integrated Team Manager to provide business support across commissioning, contracting, and brokerage functions.
Qualifications
* Enthusiastic and motivated, committed to high standards and achieving positive outcomes.
* Strong understanding of legislation and ability to build constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including CYC staff, ICB partners, non‑NHS organizations, and the public.
* Excellent communication skills and familiarity with performance management.
* Experience in strengths‑based practices.
* Public‑facing role: competency in speaking English at CEFR level C1 (fluent, spontaneous, natural flow).
