Senior Construction Assurance Manager - Earthworks (Major Projects)Location: Chipping Warden (G2S area)Working Pattern: 4 days per week

Role Overview: An experienced Senior Construction Assurance Manager is required to support delivery on major civil engineering works, with a particular focus on earthworks. The successful candidate will provide construction assurance across project activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, to specification, and in line with programme requirements.This role requires strong technical knowledge of earthworks, major project experience, and a strong commitment to health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide construction assurance across major civil engineering works
* Oversee earthworks activities to ensure quality and compliance
* Monitor contractor performance and site delivery standards
* Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and project procedures
* Identify risks, quality issues, and non-conformance matters
* Support project teams in achieving programme and delivery targets
* Provide reporting and assurance updates to stakeholders
Requirements:
* Significant experience in major civil engineering or infrastructure projects
* Strong earthworks experience (essential)
* Strong health and safety knowledge within construction environments
* Experience in construction assurance, site oversight, or project delivery
* Ability to identify risks and drive quality improvements
* Strong stakeholder communication skills
