We are looking for a full time Finance Administrator to join our busy finance department. As an Finance Administrator you will be responsible for a variety of transactional finance duties which will include managing both the purchase and sales ledger from start to finish including making payments and dealing with supplier queries in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Data entry
* Checking and amending data in spreadsheets
* Create self-bill invoices and send to supplier
* Raise sales invoices and send to customers
* Weekly summaries for customers / suppliers
* Dealing with customer / supplier queries
* Filing of paperwork
Skills and experience:
* Confidence to communicate both internally & externally
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good organisation skills
* Ability to prioritise workload
* Willingness to learn and desire to improve current processes
* Experience of Sage 200 and Excel
Job type:
* 42.5 hours weekly
* Salary range £28.000 - £30.000 - depending on experience
