Foyles of Glasbury is an independently owned restaurant and boutique hotel in the heart of the village. Lovingly restored from its former life as the Maesllwch Arms, it now features ten individually designed guest rooms and has become a destination for seasonal dining, weekend getaways and special occasions. We’re looking for a Head Chef to take the reins, someone confident managing a brigade, shaping menus and delivering quality across every service. This is a hands-on role for a chef who wants to lead by example, inspire their team and push standards forward.
