The Enterprise Learning Alliance is looking for an exceptional Early Intervention Mentor to work within the school and in mainstream schools supporting pupils with Complex needs.

The successful candidate will:-

Contribute towards the school’s vision and ethos

Enjoy completing their work in a professional and positive manner, relish solving problems and take pride in helping people

Have a genuine passion and belief in the potential of everypupil

Have strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills

Demonstrate honesty and integrity

Be highly motivated and have a flexible approach towards work and working hours

Have experience of working with children with social, emotional and behavioural needs

Have knowledge of and experience of working with external agencies is desirable

Be able to travel between school sites in a timely manner.
