Responsibilities
* Raise standards of attainment and achievement in Maths as well as lead, manage and develop the Maths faculty.
* Ensure effective use of resources (staff, financial and physical).
* Plan, monitor and support student progress across the subject.
* Develop and enhance teaching practice within the Maths department.
* Ensure compliance with safer recruitment requirements and safeguarding of children and young people.
