Care Coordinator
Location: Albrighton, Wolverhampton, WV7 3FA
Salary: From £27,000 + bonus & on-call (DOE)
Hours: Full-time | Monday to Friday

About the Role
In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for the planning, coordination, and ongoing management of care packages, ensuring seamless service delivery to our valued clients.
You will be based at your local Apollo Home Healthcare office in Albrighton, but at times, travel across the West Midlands & Shropshire regions will be required.
