Job Title: Kinship Social Worker
37 Hours per Week

We are seeking an Experienced Social Worker to join the Fostering and Kinship Service of Worcestershire County Council Children’s Services and Worcestershire Fostering! Worcestershire Fostering offers placements for children who are looked after by WCC. Worcestershire Fostering provides fostering placements including family and friends foster placements for looked after children and young people, safeguarding and promoting their welfare and enhancing their life chances.
Qualifications
* A professional qualification in social work
* Current Social Work England registration
* Post qualifying experience in Children and Families work
* Proven experience of completing Social Work assessments and Supporting and Supervising Foster Carers
* Good knowledge of the fostering regulations and minimum standards
Responsibilities
You will be supervising Foster Carers and reviewing them annually.
