In this role you'll deputise for the Head of Department, lead curriculum development across your specialist trade, coach staff, and drive high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment across apprenticeships and study programmes.
The ideal candidate will come from a construction background (e.g. Carpentry, Brickwork, Multi-Trades, or similar) with proven teaching or assessing experience, plus the ambition to step up into management and empower both colleagues and learners.

Deputise for the Head of Department; support day-to-day leadership and quality
