Our client a successful and well established Manchester luxury based fashion brand are now looking to recruit a passionate and driven Head of Social to support their Head of Brand.
As Head of Social you will own the full social strategy for brand womenswear offering — from organic content and community building to influencer relationships and campaign-led activations. This is a high-impact, senior role at the intersection of fashion, culture, and digital storytelling.
You’ll be the creative and strategic force behind how the brand ladies brand shows up on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and beyond — crafting content that resonates with their community while driving real commercial results. You will work closely with design, buying, and creative departments to bring each season to life on social, in the community and across Retail Partnerships.

Lead content ideation and production – from social campaigns to reactive content – ensuring every post reflects the brand aesthetic with precision and personality.

Build and maintain a network of influencers and creators who authentically embody the brand ladies world, alongside our Partnership Team. Cultivate an engaged, growing community online and in real life.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the end-to-end social media strategy for Womenswear across all key platforms
* Own the ladies social content calendar, planning across seasonal drops, launches, and cultural moments
* Lead and grow the ladies social team, setting clear objectives and fostering a creative culture
* Collaborate with Partnerships Team to Build and manage an influencer and creator programme, identifying the right talent to amplify the ladies brand
* Collaborate and oversee the creative direction of all ladies social content — photo, video, UGC, and in-store activations
* Collaborate closely with the buying and design teams to translate collections into compelling social narratives
* Track, analyse, and report on social performance metrics, using data to continually refine strategy
* Identify emerging platforms, trends, and cultural shifts relevant to our core ladies audience
* Partner with the paid social and e-commerce teams to ensure organic and paid strategy are aligned
* Drive community engagement — nurturing brand advocates and building authentic connections
* Manage budgets for content creation, talent, and campaign execution within the ladies social remit
* Represent brand externally at industry events, brand collaborations, and influencer activations
What we are looking for
You are a culturally plugged-in social media leader with a genuine passion for fashion and a deep understanding of the modern consumer. You know what makes content stop the scroll, and you have the strategic mindset to turn that instinct into a scalable brand asset.
* 5+ years of experience in social media, with at least 2 years in a senior or head-of-level role
* Proven track record of growing social audiences and driving engagement in fashion, lifestyle, or luxury
* Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok with strong knowledge of Pinterest and emerging platforms
* Experience managing and developing creative teams with a collaborative and inspiring leadership style
* Strong creative eye — you can ideate, brief, and art‑direct compelling content from concept to execution
* Experience running influencer and creator programmes at scale; an established network in fashion is a plus
* Analytical mindset — comfortable with social analytics tools and translating data into actionable insights
* Strong communication skills — you can influence and inspire across teams at all levels
* Genuine passion for the brands aesthetic and the UK & Europe premium streetwear landscape
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
