You'll be right at the heart of our operations—keeping things running smoothly, helping What You'll Be Doing Here’s a snapshot of what your day-to-day might look like: * Be the friendly face (and voice) of the office—answer calls, greet visitors, and direct enquiries * Package and ship orders like a pro * Help customers with questions, check stock, and create quotes * Process incoming orders using our system (SAP) * Keep everything up to date in our internal tools like eVE * Tackle admin tasks like ordering office supplies, helping with invoicing, and supporting the sales team * Pitch in when other team members are off—because teamwork makes the What We're Looking For Must-haves: * You're confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Great at staying organised—even when juggling multiple tasks * You’ve got a sharp eye for detail and take pride in getting things right * Friendly, positive, and always ready to help * Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Bonus points if you have: * Experience with SAP or advanced Excel * Worked in a customer-facing or sales support role before * GCSEs (or equivalent) in English & Maths, Grade 5 or above Why Join?
