* Perform routine and deep cleaning of production equipment, tanks, lines, and facility areas according to cleaning schedules and procedures.
* Operate and monitor CIP systems to clean internal surfaces of pipes, vessels, and process lines.
* Prepare and handle cleaning chemicals safely, adhering to safety data sheets (SDS) and company guidelines.
* Record cleaning activities, CIP cycles, and verification checks
* Inspect cleaned equipment and areas for cleanliness and proper reassembly before startup.
* Collaborate with technical and maintenance teams to ensure hygienic design and functionality of equipment.
* Follow and enforce hygiene standards, GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), and site safety procedures.
* Report any equipment malfunctions, contamination risks, or hygiene issues to management team immediately.
