Job Description
Role: Band 5 Registered Nurse (Hybrid)
Contract: Part-time Permanent
Hours: 22.5 hours per week (between the hours of 08:00-18:00)
Location: Home-based across Cornwall (must be able to travel into Camborne Office weekly)
We’re seeking a Band 5 Registered Nurse to join our Cornwall service, working in a hybrid model with most duties carried out remotely and regular office attendance (1-2 days per week). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a blend of clinical and administrative responsibilities, with a strong focus on managing referrals, triaging cases, and coordinating care.
You’ll play a key part in supporting patients and families at the end of life, ensuring compassionate, person-centred care while handling a higher proportion of admin tasks such as digital record-keeping and care planning. Qualifications
* Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
* A commitment to attending the office 1-2 days per week
* Recent experience of working in a healthcare environment and providing care for people at the end of their lives
* Good IT skills and familiar with using Microsoft Office & Teams
* Home office set up
* UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle (with business insurance)
* Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate a care management plan that meets the complex needs of the person, and those important to them
