Key requirements
Essential:
* Driving license
* Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
* Ability to develop customer relationships to generate business
* Knowledge of residential sales processes within the Scottish market
* Proficiency in IT systems including MS Word, Excel & Outlook
Desirable:
* Experience with Reapit or similar database
* Knowledge of the Glasgow local market

About the role
We seek a part-time Sales Consultant for our Glasgow West End Sales team. Hours are as specified above.
You will be the first point of contact for inquiries, demonstrating knowledge of the local property market.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential, including face-to-face, phone, and email interactions.
You will conduct property viewings, providing detailed property information and feedback, and understanding individual customer needs.
The role requires organization, good communication, and time management skills.

Key responsibilities
Delivering exceptional service
* Meet and exceed personal targets for market appraisal appointments and contribute to branch targets.
* Follow sales systems and processes, including building relationships with applicants, qualifying inquiries, and recording information in Reapit.
* Respond to property information requests and match properties in Reapit to generate potential buyers.
* Arrange viewings and schedule appointments accordingly.
* Proactively present properties matching customer needs, both on-market and off-market.
1. Become an expert in Reapit and utilize its features effectively.
2. Support branch marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and customer reviews.
3. Engage in continuous personal development to enhance role-related skills.
Compliance & Administration
* Ensure compliance with marketing, data protection, and anti-money laundering regulations.
* Maintain accurate data input in Reapit for reporting purposes.
* Adhere to filing systems and communication procedures to support excellent customer service.
