Key Responsibilities:
* Produce new and exciting content ideas tailored to IG & TT, leveraging trending sounds, formats, and cultural moments to drive organic visibility.
* Create content specifically designed for social paid ads.
* Be confident on camera and being part of the face of the brand.
* Develop creative concepts and storyboards that engage audiences, showcase products, and align with current trends while maintaining a strong brand voice.
* Implement the social media strategy across Instagram and TikTok and potentially other channels.
* Develop and manage the social content calendar, ensuring it aligns with upcoming product drops, global events and is filled with engaging, on-brand content ideas.
* Stay up to date with all trends and platform updates across IG & TT to adhere to best practices.
* Day-to-day content planning, creation, execution, and publishing on IG & TT, optimising all content for maximum reach, engagement, and discoverability.
* Manage the scheduling and publishing of IG Reels, Stories, feed posts, and TikTok videos, ensuring consistency and alignment with wider campaign activity.
* Attend shoots and events to capture and create engaging IG & TT content.
* Execute brand campaigns on IG & TT in the most engaging and trend-led way to maximise awareness and engagement.
* Collaborate with wider marketing and buying teams to align content plans with upcoming product and brand launches.
* Track and evaluate performance across IG & TT weekly, reporting on key metrics and insights to optimise future content.
* Coordinate day-to-day budget allocation for IG & TT content creation.
* Conduct regular content and competitor audits across IG & TT, sharing trends, insights, and opportunities with the creative team.
Skills & Experience:
* At least 2 years' experience in content creation.
* Strong creative portfolio showcasing social-first content.
* Very good knowledge of TikTok and Instagram platforms, including back-end reporting.
* Experience working in-house for a retail, fashion or beauty role.
* Excellent copywriting skills with a strong understanding of brand tone of voice.
* Creative ideation experience across all social channels.

* Proficiency in editing tools such as Capcut, Canva and Final Cut Pro would be a plus.
