Your role:
As a Software Engineering Lead you will head-up a small, cross functional team and be responsible for the delivery and technical quality of all features and applications in that area as well as the teams' personal development.
You'll guide the definition of the technical roadmap, ensuring that the system complies with software engineering standards for maintainability, reliability, scalability and security; supporting the team to ensure they can deliver on time, managing resources and removing blockers as well as providing training and career development paths to drive continuous improvement.
