Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our crepe store in Cheam, Sutton. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. You will also play a key role in merchandising, and staff development / training.
Duties
* Lead and motivate the store team to deliver outstanding customer service.
* Oversee daily operations including staff management, merchandising, and store presentation.
* Develop and implement effective sales. Working closely with the founders and head of operations.
* Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a high level of team engagement.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment for both customers and employees.
* Foster strong relationships with customers through excellent communication skills.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as health and safety regulations.
* Weekend work is essential.
Experience
* Proven experience in cafe, pub or hotel management or a similar supervisory role is essential.
* Strong background in store management.
* Experience in team management with the ability to inspire and develop staff members.
* Excellent organisational skills with effective time management capabilities.
* Strong leadership qualities combined with effective communication skills are crucial for success in this role.
