Overview
Stock Manager - Prestatyn (N97706) at Next. 15.75 hours per week; Sun 09:30 - 16:30; Tue 07:00 - 11:30; Thu 07:00 - 12:00. Flexible working options are available. You will lead and inspire a successful team to prioritise achieving performance targets and deliver the best possible online shopping experience and customer service.
Responsibilities
* Support the Store management team across back-of-house areas and communicate effectively with the Store Manager.
* Manage a team to deliver accurate stock processes in an environment that is operationally efficient, safe and where targets are met.
* Create an atmosphere that motivates and inspires the team to perform at their best.
* Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all commercial and operational activities by adapting to change and working alongside the team.
* Ensure communication is up-to-date and accurate at all times to meet business needs.
* Support the team to meet performance targets and ensure customer orders: refunds for returned items are processed quickly and stock is packaged and ready to fulfil existing online orders.
