This project management position sits within the Embedded Services function, and the role is pivotal in delivering technology projects that form part of our core recruitment service transformation activities.
The goal is to implement solutions that not only meet current business needs but also position the organization for future growth and competitiveness.
This role requires the ability to work cross-functionally to implement TA Technology, and centres on preparing, supporting, and equipping people to adopt changes to business processes, systems and technology.
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery against project scope & budget and will be responsible for hand-offs to the business-as-usual teams.
Key Accountabilities

Successful Project Delivery
* Deliver and project manage defined technology implementation projects, leveraging documentation, toolkits, and templates designed for the specific tool(s) being implemented.
* Plan project activities within overall project budget and timeline, managing scope and client expectations throughout the project.
* Identify, quantify, and flag any risks and issues, working with client stakeholders to manage and mitigate.
* Take accountability for all elements of the project management cycle to ensure successful delivery.
Effective Relationship and Resource Management
* Collaborate with team members on best practices, support, and ideas for continuously exceeding client expectations.
* Responsible for managing relationships and actively influencing project stakeholders, SME's, and technology stakeholders to deliver the required outcomes
Skills & Experience
What you need to have to be successful:
Must haves
Project Governance
Demonstrable experience of establishing and maintaining a project governance framework to ensure compliance with standards and best practices.
Project Management
Experienced in Waterfall project methodology to plan, execute, and deliver technical projects in a structured manner to lead and manage projects from initiation to closure. Apply monitoring and control mechanisms to track project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery.
Technology Workstream Lead
Act as Technology workstream lead to deliver a package of applications. Must be able to demonstrate an understanding of technology concepts and methods including the Software Development Lifecycle in relation to deploying technology and integrations.
Effective Communication:
Experienced in articulating technical information to non-technical audiences, including developing and delivering presentations. Facilitates clear and concise communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project objectives are understood and met, including
Influencing
Utilize strong influencing skills to drive project outcomes and gain buy-in from stakeholders at all levels.
Leads Effective Meetings
Able to identify relevant audiences to conduct and lead meetings to discuss project progress, address issues, and plan future actions.
Managing Expectations
Set and manage realistic expectations with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Nice to have
Domain/Industry experience
Familiarity with HR and recruitment systems, or comparable platforms such as learning management systems.
