SEMH Teaching Assistant – Primary Location: North Manchester Start Date: ASAP Are you passionate about supporting children with social, emotional, and mental health needs? We are seeking a dedicated and resilient SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming small primary school in North Manchester. This role is ideal for someone who remains calm under pressure, understands behaviour as communication, and is confident supporting children who need consistency, structure, and emotional regulation support. The Role As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils who require additional support to access learning and manage their emotions. You will play a vital role throughout the school day, including during moments of dysregulation, helping pupils develop positive behaviour and coping strategies in a safe and nurturing environment.
