We are currently recruiting for a high achieving, experienced Aftersales Manager for our Volvo Dealership based in Worcester.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. Benefits include the use of a company car and an OTE of up to £65,000.
In every aspect of our dealerships, the aim is always to exceed customer expectations. Customer care is of paramount importance within this role as you will be leading from the front to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service experience.
Role and Responsibilities
* Accountable for all workshop, service, and parts department staff; you will manage, coach, and develop the team to reach their full potential and performance.
* Planning, forecasting, and delivering sales targets.
* Growing workshop utilization and efficiency.
* Responsible for your own budget; you will drive the business forward.
* Working closely with other department managers to improve overall centre performance.
About you
* This role would ideally suit someone currently a Service Manager, Assistant Aftersales Manager, or a current Aftersales Manager seeking a new challenge within a Premium brand.
* You will have the drive and talent to push the department forward, working to achieve KPIs and brand standards.
* You must demonstrate a profitable and successful track record of delivering outstanding results and customer satisfaction.
* Strong management and leadership skills, a winning mentality, and a passion for the brand are essential.
* Motor trade, automotive, or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
