Rehabilitation Support Workers (Barnsley)
My client's residential service, located in Barnsley, is holding interviews next week for the following positions:
Senior Rehabilitation Support Worker
* Shift: Days and nights available
* Hourly Rate: £13.60 per hour
* Contract: Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week
* Experience: Senior experience required, ideally with brain injury rehabilitation background
* Responsibilities:
o Lead and mentor junior staff to deliver person‑centred care
o Support service users with rehabilitation programmes
o Administer medication and maintain accurate records
o Promote independence and dignity for individuals with brain injuries
o Contribute to care planning and safeguarding practices
Rehabilitation Support Worker
* Shift: Days and nights available
* Hourly Rate: £12.60 per hour
* Contract: Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week
* Responsibilities:
o Provide hands‑on support to service users with daily living activities
o Assist with rehabilitation and therapy programmes
o Encourage independence and community integration
o Deliver emotional and social support in a compassionate manner
o Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
