Job Description
3. Design and deploy Microsoft Copilot solutions tailored to business needs.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to integrate Copilot functionalities into existing systems.
5. Ensure optimal performance and security of implemented solutions.
6. Provide technical guidance and support during the implementation phase.
7. Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to address any issues.
8. Document technical processes and create user guides for future reference.
9. Stay updated on Microsoft Copilot advancements to propose innovative solutions.
10. Work closely with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives.
The Successful Applicant
A Essential Qualifications:
11. Proven experience in delivering Copilot solutions.
12. Deep understanding of the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, SharePoint Copilot, Teams Copilot, and Security Copilot.
13. Experience with Microsoft Azure services, particularly Azure OpenAI, Azure AD, and integration services (e.g., Logic Apps, API Management).
14. Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, solution design, and system integration.
15. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Desirable Certifications:
16. Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
17. Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
18. TOGAF or other architecture frameworks (optional but valuable)
Technical Skills:
19. Expertise in Microsoft Graph API, Microsoft 365 compliance and security, and identity management.
20. Experience with Copilot Studio and building custom Copilot agents or plugins.
21. Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and integration patterns with enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, data lakes).
22. Understanding of prompt engineering, grounding techniques, and responsible AI principles.
Soft Skills:
23. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
24. Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
