Responsibilities: Support the successful delivery of the Securing Operations Programme. Help embed change across the organisation and ensure smooth transition into business as usual operations. Act as a central link between programme delivery teams and business operations. Ensure change is clearly understood, effectively implemented, and fully adopted. Develop change and transition plans. Support go-live and stabilisation activities. Help ensure new ways of working are successfully embedded and aligned to our operational and regulatory requirements. Lead and coordinate change and transition activities from planning through to implementation and steady-state operations. Collaborate with programme leaders, operational teams, and external partners to drive alignment and adoption. Ensure processes, systems, governance, and people are ready for change and fully prepared for transition. Use data and analysis to inform decisions, assess readiness, and drive continuous improvement. Capture lessons learned and help evolve change and transition practices across the programme.
