HR Business Partner – FS client supporting (Finance, M&A & Operations)
London, UK (Hybrid – 4/1)
£85,000–£90,000 + 10–20% Bonus
We're partnering with a global financial services client to hire a high-impact HR Business Partner on a permanent basis. This is a key role supporting the Finance, M&A, and Operations groups (c. 400–500 employees), during an exciting period of growth and transformation.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Drive people strategy across Finance, M&A & Ops
* Coach leaders to build performance-led, self-sufficient teams
* Partner on tech transformation in Finance & expansion across Europe
* Handle some ER matters as part of a hands-on, collaborative people team
* Influence culture, performance, and organisational change
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven hands-on generalist HRBP experience, not just large C of E models
* Strong stakeholder management and the confidence to challenge constructively
* Experience in fast-paced, complex environments i.e. (FS, Fintech / high-growth organisations / big- 4 consulting, supporting FS clients)
* A true collaborator – low ego, high EQ, hands-on, and adaptable Someone who brings ideas, listens well, and knows when to push vs partner
