Key Requirements:
·Relevant professional background in nursing, social work, or health and social care management
·Proven experience in managing a nursing home and working knowledge of CQC regulations
·Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
·Comfortable working with digital care systems
·Maintain accurate care documentation and records
·Ensure high-quality, person-centred care for all residents
·Manage budgets, occupancy, and operational performance
Salary:
From £45,000, Competitive salary package(Depend on experience)
