Key Responsibilities
* Generating Lettings market appraisals through proactive prospecting and targeted outreach using market data.
* Re-engaging past clients, landlords, and vendors to uncover new opportunities.
* Identifying, qualifying and lining up high-quality opportunities for Lettings Managers to convert, ensuring all leads are fully prepared, well-informed and positioned for instruction.
* Proactively identifying and securing management takeover opportunities, including properties currently managed by competitors or self-managed landlords.
* Promoting Thornley Groves\' ancillary service offering: Landlord Insurance, Financial Services instructions, Rent & Legal Protection and Section 13 Rent Increases.
* Working closely with Lettings managers to maximise cross-department referrals, investor opportunities and support growth of local market share.
* Maintaining high-quality CRM records and reporting on your weekly performance.
* Delivering against agreed KPIs, including prospecting activity and market appraisals booked.
