Customer Service: We expect you to deliver friendly, professional support to end-users via phone, email, and on-site. On-Site Visits: You will travel to client offices around Scotland as needed, with a pool car or mileage reimbursement provided. Ticket & Documentation Management: You will log issues, track progress, and document resolutions. System Maintenance: Proactively monitoring customer systems and remediating alerts will be part of your responsibilities. Project Support: You will assist senior engineers with IT projects such as new client onboarding, Office 365 migrations, and network installations. Continuous Improvement: Contributing to the knowledge base and helping to refine processes is also part of your role.
