Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong drive for success and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively to close sales. Company Car allowance provided.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
* Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
* Negotiate terms of sale and close deals effectively.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
* Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote products.
* Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Skills
* Previous Sales Representative Experience required
* Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction.
* Hydraulics Background (Not Necessary, Product Training will be provided)
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* Proficient in IT, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently.
* Highly organised with attention to detail in managing client accounts.
* A strong drive to succeed and achieve personal and team goals.
* Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
