To provide senior level statistical support to Lifescan Lead the investigation team for performance issues at Lab and Clinical sites; Monitor corrective actions through product performance meetings Statistical SME for projects, validations and investigations Ensure the laboratory and various functions across the business e.g. Engineering, Quality, Labs, Operations etc are supported. Ensure production performance review reports and applicable meetings are managed, chaired and accurate for all products. Organise large amounts of data for statistical modeling and graphic analysis. Ensure the correct design of research is given to projects and that valid scientific techniques are used appropriately and utilize information obtained from baselines or historical data. Ensuring all product release activities and product development activities are completed in a compliant manner. Robust understanding if all aspects of the product lifecycle and able to technically mentor others within the team. A strong programming skill set and be familiar with product and software validation methodologies. · Subject matter expert in statistical techniques / business SME / · Leading Development, validation, and implementation of automated data analysis · Ensuring compliant monitoring & review of product clinical performance. Identifying and leading process improvements and efficiencies. · Ensuring compliant monitoring & review of product quality performance. Identifying and leading process improvements and efficiencies. · Supporting, coaching and developing others. Strong programming experience in SPSS, R, Python or similar software Experienced in Applied Statistical Programming Skills Proven ability to summarise and present technical and complex data to others Able to understand complex data sets and translate it into actionable outcomes Technical Report writing skills Mathematical modelling of complex systems Strong technical knowledge and experience with a wide range of statistical tools and techniques. Experience in product monitoring, trend analysis and sampling methodologies Excellent attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication Validation Experience Experience of working in a large scale-manufacturing environment (Desirable) Experience of AI & Machine Learning (Desirable) Clinical Trials Experience (Desirable)
