A global Law Firm is seeking a Support Analyst-Power Platform & Azure on a permanent full-time basis. You will be required to work onsite in Newcastle twice a week. The Role You will work with a team of consultants, solution architects, developers, project managers and product managers to help solve client problems using appropriate technology. You must be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and team members on complex technical topics and issues. Support their Microsoft solutions through the development lifecycle, helping with testing and deployment, access management and performing security updates. Create and maintain accurate and detailed documentation on solutions and processes Skills and Experience Required * An understanding of Microsoft Power Platform, Entra ID and Azure services at a foundational level * A team player but also able to work independently when needed * Working knowledge of some coding languages is not necessary but will be helpful * Certifications on the Microsoft technology stack are desirable, Azure and Power Platform in particular * Ability to design, build, think and communicate in a systematic manner * Excellent analytical, problem identification and issue resolution skills
