Coverage Area: London & South East (majority of your time in London)
Remuneration: GBP50,000 - GBP55,000 (negotiable) + 5-10% end of year bonus

Role Responsibilities:
1. Promote the hire of our client's range of mini cranes, glass lifters, vacuum lifters, glazing robots, and other specialist lifting machinery (500+ products).
2. Focus on selling to tier 2 contractors, glazing contractors, cladding contractors, façade contractors, steel erectors, and other specialists.
3. Manage contract values from GBP100 to GBP40,000, with an average of GBP10,000-GBP15,000.
4. Target annual sales of approximately GBP800,000 to GBP1 million.
5. Primarily focus on new business development, with some account management and re-engagement of dormant customers.
6. Travel to the HP postcode office every Friday.
Candidate Profile:
* Experience in construction field sales, particularly selling to contractors on-site.
* Experience with products like plant hire, cranes, lifters, lifting machinery, hydraulics, or related fields is preferred but not essential.
* No history of frequent job-hopping.
* High energy and hardworking attitude.
* Ability to work independently.
