Compliance Analyst
Location: Near Bridgwater (hybrid/onsite)

Were working with a fast-growing manufacturing SME near Bridgwater thats looking to bring in a Compliance Analyst to help strengthen and mature its quality and compliance function as the business scales.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys being close to operations rather than buried in policy documents.
The role
* Support and maintain the companys ISO 9001 Quality Management System
* Manage document control, records and change control processes
* Support internal and external audits and follow up on actions
* Track non-conformances, CAPAs and continuous improvement activities
* Work closely with production, engineering and supply chain to embed quality on the shop floor
* Help ensure processes, suppliers and outputs remain compliant as the business grows
What were looking for
1. Experience working in a manufacturing or regulated SME environment
2. Practical knowledge of ISO 9001 (hands-on, not theoretical)
3. Comfortable dealing with audits, documentation and cross-functional teams
