The Role
Reporting to the management team, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, and maintenance of electronic security systems.
Key responsibilities include:
Installation and commissioning of security systems
Maintenance, servicing, and fault finding
Supporting remote monitoring systems when required
Completing job sheets and audit paperwork (manual and electronic)
Representing the company professionally on customer sites
Requirements
Essential experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience in the security systems industry (excluding training)
Competent in installation and commissioning of security systems
Strong maintenance and fault-finding skills
Willingness to participate in a 24-hour call-out rota
Good understanding of NSI Gold standards
Full UK driving licence
Screening requirements
BS7858:2009 screening
Security Check (SC) clearance
Disclosure and Barring Service check (DBS)
Police check

Able to make sound decisions under pressure
Strong communication and customer service skills
Good stock control and vehicle housekeeping
