The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for supporting clients and guiding projects from proof of concept to final delivery.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to expand your technical expertise and develop new skills. You will be responsible for providing pre-sales and after-sales support, addressing technical queries and resolving issues, including handling hardware returns.
You will also be required to manage proof-of-concept projects and ensure successful implementation, maintain and update a support ticketing system, assist with marketing efforts by setting up demonstrations and collecting sample data, and attend occasional exhibitions, customer meetings, and supplier training across the UK.
Standard office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Salary:
£30,000 - £38,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
