You’ll have a passion for both on and offline marketing, supporting growth and retention. You’ll contribute to the delivery of AXA Health’s annual growth marketing plan and projects to our corporate audiences. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. What you’ll be doing: Develop and contribute to campaign plans that deliver to the annual growth marketing strategy. Execute allocated marketing campaigns and projects seeking to drive high engagement and interest in our services. Maintain and execute communications, sales materials, campaign creatives that support new business, retention and cross sell. Support and delivery of key events, webinars, email and online campaigns along with the coordination of merchandise. Progress projects to influence internal and external stakeholders ,and present results. Demonstrate impact of activity and have a drive to optimise, improve, and share. What you’ll bring: Project planning and campaign management experience within a financially regulated environment – essential. Excellent written and verbal communications, influence and relationship management. Organisational skill, with excellent proof reading, governance and version control. Experience across marketing channels both on and offline including CMS, reporting, as well as event and webinar management. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Analytical skills. Market and strategic awareness. Creative, innovative thinker focussed on improvements to processes.
